You should never ever reduce your activity levels unless there's some medical reason for it. The longer you're active the healthier you'll be and the longer you'll live. Be active as long as is physically possible for you.During the period of middle and late childhood, children need to reduce their activity levels. True or false?
';need to'; B) False

often do: A) True

In a way it only comes natural when you think of things in proportion. Where it may take a toddler 100 steps and a lot of balance to walk from the front door to the car, an older child might do it in 30 steps with little or no effort. ... But since an older child can be trusted to go more than 2 feet away from their mother's side, they should be making up for those extra 70 steps (and more) by running around the park, doing chores, and playing active games with their friends.
I think the only reason a child would NEED to reduce their activity levels at any age would be if they had a medical reason to do so. If the are completely healthy, normal children, they should stay active because it's good for them.
That really depends on the child it is not a true or false issue because each child has their own limitations.
