You've already ruffled feathers over here with your last question, there's no point asking another one a few minutes later hoping we didn't see it. You're asking for legal advice about a very controversial issue in the parenting section. There is a law section, which is no doubt full of people who would be able to answer your question without presenting an opinion. But we're parents over here, not lawyers, just people with hearts, and unwilling and unable to give advice to someone protecting an abusive son.I need to know the legal term for a false PO used to make it harder for parent to see child.?
What, you didn't get the answer you were hoping for previous? I stick with my initial reply:

How do you know there is no other reason? Do you know what is going through this woman's mind? Do you really think if YOUR son did things that warranted a protection from abuse order that she has completely gotten over the fear YOUR beast of a son put into her? Depending on the abuse, this poor woman may not be completely over it and frankly, she has every right to hate him if he abused her, not to mention, the court does not just grant the child be under the protection w/o reason as well so most likely that beast of a son of YOURS likely did something to your grandson as well, making it ever so much more likely the fear is still there that he may hurt HER son again. At least she is woman enough to want to protect HER son from YOUR beastly son. I hope she gets the order extended.

In the previous question, she couldn't keep her story straight, the grandson and ex had the po against HER beast of a son, but then it was just between HER beast of a son and his ex, in which all he did was leave an angry message on her phone to warrant a po, to finally her claiming ';He has never abused his son,,its only her';.
