False positive pregnacy test I need help?

I have a friend who claimed she was pregnant and didnt want to keep it so she had and ';abortion'; supposedly. The ';father'; made her take pregnancy test


(after the abortion because he say the same ultasound picture she showed him online) and it came out positive.


Is there a way that you can make a pregnancy test come out positive on purpose? (ie: pee on it too much)False positive pregnacy test I need help?

Usually, it's hard to get a false positive. It's easy to get a false negative, but if you wait a bit it turns into a positive. I don't know of anything you can do to make a test turn out positive when someone is not pregnant, since the test registers the presence of the pregnancy hormone.
She still had hcg (pregnancy hormone) in her blood, this is why it came back positive. Peeing too much on the test will not do anything, it's just urine. It is the pregnancy hormone present in the urine what would make it come up positive. It'll be almost a month and a half before she can get a negative...or longer, depending on her body. The best way to figure this out is by going to a doctor and having him/her ensure the abortion was effective.
she could still have the hcg in her blood, it does take a while to come out of your system
false positives are VERY rare. if she took the test after the abortion she will still have some of the pregnancy hormone in her system which would cause a + on a hpt. once her levels drop, she will start to get a - hpt.
if u feel like u mite, boobs hurt and what not, and test comes out pos and neg. maybe a good thng or bad thng but

Nope, the tests can only detect the pregnant hormone (HCG). If she did have an abortion and then tested right away and may come up positive as she would still have the hormones in her system.
It is possible to have a false positive and not be pregnant!!! I have had a few myself. Doctors don't know how or why this happens but it does happen. More often than people think it just goes unreported. More people are upset about a false negative than positive. The only way to make a test come out positive is to have someone that is pregnant pee on the stick and claim it as their own.
