The other thing the liberals forget is that this isn't the only book out there making the same allegations about Obama. I find it difficult to believe that they are ALL lying about the same points. (The Case Against Barack Obama: The Unlikely Rise and Unexamined Agenda of the Media's Favorite Candidate by David Freddoso, for one.) Funny too, how the only people disputing the validity of the book are liberals.

Jerome Corsi said that said 9/11 was done by the government. It's cited below, and the video is on youtube, if you're wondering. He's made numerous anti-Semitic and anti-Catholic remarks (cited). He's been caught lying numerous times (cited). So yes, he attacked John Kerry, he attacked Bush too (9/11 conspiracy, and said we're building an empire with Mexico and Canada-- again, it's cited), and is now attacking Obama. So he attacks conservatives and liberals.
Anyone who agrees with the idea that the world trade center was filled with dynamite by our government like Corsi has said (cited below, and the video is on youtube) is delusional-- I'm sorry, but facts speak for themselves. If it was filled with explosives, I think someone would have noticed.
Obama has 40 pages of rebuttal probably because the book has so many errors. Maybe you should read the rebuttal too?
B/C some people do not bother to fact check the books they read. Obviously if someone in your town went around calling you a whore or saying you did awful things with children or whatever, you would want to defend yourself. You wouldn't just sit at home and let the townspeople see for themselves. You would want to counter any 'evidence' he has.

Corsi used dozens and dozens of right-wing blogs as references in his book ( http:///www.mediamatters.com ), who in their right mind uses bloggers as a source???
This is a SMEAR book, plain and simple. And if you go to http:///www.nytimes.com and click on books you will see there is a cross next to Corsi's book which indicates bulk sales reported in many book stores. LOL, I can't make this stuff up folks.
If the book is a big lie then why doesn't Obama just sue the author? Reason: because he can't it will just prove that the book is true.
Now did you notice that when all else fails Obama ';PLAYS THE RACE CARD'; he called the author a bigot.
freely admit that i havent read the book or the rebutal but i do know.... he better be pretty darn truthfull in the rebutal and the more words you use the more chance for error.
